BLOOD IN STOOLS AND CONSTIPATION

Asked for Male, 20 Years

My grandfather age is 85 years. From past 2 days he is getting blood during stools. Also sometimes he feel urge to go to toilet for stool pass but no stool came and blood comes out. He is also suffering from constipation from few months. He takes kayam churna everyday but he have to 3-4 times toilet daily to pass stools because his stomach do not get empty in one go. Please help
