I got your concern. Constipation can be due to stress , due to taking of medicine that's your have taken for oral surgery and due to bad habit like taking less amount of drinking water . You can take laxative as Looz 5 ml before go to sleep for constipation or Tab- Dalcoflax 5 mg  before go to sleep or both but before take any medicine your shuld take consultation to know more about you and your history
Next Steps
Take consultation firstly to make correct diagnosis and treatment.
Health Tips
Take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty food. Take seasonal fruit and vegetable. Do exercise regularly.
