Constipation and pain in anus

I had a constipation problem, that's is resolved now but the pain in the anus still continues. It looks like my anus area is injured while had constipation. The pain at least last four hour after I am done in toilet. Can you advise, how to get heal from this pain?

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three tines a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days.
