Constipation and diarrhea
I have constipation (only in the morning) and diarrhea (not liquidy) and sudden urge for bowel movements, from last 1 month and now have a pain o upper right side of my abdomen but that too only when I touch there. I was addicted to masturbation (15 times a week) as well and someone told me this could be due to that as well.
no blood or mucus in stools.
what are the possible causes for this?

Your SYMPTOMS are related to colonic Inflammatory causes. Possibility of IBS CONSTIPATION ETC.
Other causes need to be ruled out.
Further evaluation is needed.
ULTRASOUND may help.
High fibre diet. Plenty of fluids. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
