I was having constant skin sagging,thinningmuscle sagging,wrinkles,darkening of skin,constipation like can't move stools and poop is very sticky even after eating excess fruits,veggies.When I wake up in morning,my skin looks hydrated,thick and plumpy,but for few few 2 hrs or less only.
When i taken foods like carrots,sweet potatoes,potatoes,eggs,sunflowerseeds.
When I eat them regularly my problems going away but for only that day.
I have taken all hormone,
thyroid,cortisol,Vit d,
calcium tests too.All are normal.
Pls tell a permanent solution to my problems.
I was doubting the problem is related to free radicals,oxidative stress,inflammation
