Constipation and Bleeding
Hello Ma'am/ Sir. I am 24 weeks Pregnant. I have constipation since childhood. But last 2/3 years bleeding also stated sometimes and having cut and small soft lump near anus. After pregnancy daily i am facing constipation sometimes bleeding also. I am taking duphalc daily. Till same problem. Hard stool, constipation and bleeding. Now i am scared. Is it piles/ fissure or something else? Never did colonoscopy.. is colonoscopy required after pregnancy?

Constipation is common in pregnancy dear,need not worry. Take Syp.Looz 20 ml every day otherwise there is option for enema go to a nearby hospital

I would suggest you discuss this with your gynacologist since a lump needs to be physically assessed. Most probably it needs a surgical consult also alongside the gynaecologist.

You can use anovate cream.have a high fibre diet  lots of fluuds and be physically active during the day to prevent constipation. Also share your concerns with your gynaecologist

Have high fiber diet Drink plenty of liquids Continue laxatives Sitz bath Smuth ointment for local application
