Hello Ma'am/ Sir. I am 24 weeks Pregnant. I have constipation since childhood. But last 2/3 years bleeding also stated sometimes and having cut and small soft lump near anus. After pregnancy daily i am facing constipation sometimes bleeding also. I am taking duphalc daily. Till same problem. Hard stool, constipation and bleeding. Now i am scared. Is it piles/ fissure or something else? Never did colonoscopy.. is colonoscopy required after pregnancy?

I would suggest you discuss this with your gynacologist since a lump needs to be physically assessed. Most probably it needs a surgical consult also alongside the gynaecologist.
You can use anovate cream.have a high fibre diet lots of fluuds and be physically active during the day to prevent constipation.
