Constipation
1)I suffer from constipation on regular basis. Wht shd I do to avoid it?? 2)does banana increases weight? 3)does egg increases weight? 4)does pure ghee increases weight??

Take a lots of fresh vegetables n fruits in each meal.Drink adequate water and do light exercise like brisk walking which exercises ur abdominal muscles and helps in digestion. Banana and ghee if taken in measured amounts will not add to weight.Egg white if taken by itself also will not increase ur weight.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet to get rid of constipation. Avoid egg yolk.banana gives instant energy and ghee is good for the health it does not increases  weight.
