Constant tiredness
I am always tired and I always feel blank I mean no running thoughts. I am obsessed with everything around me. In fact I'm frustrated always. I get angry on everyone. I am stressed. I don't know what to tell. I am getting very weird. I can't explain what I am feeling.

Yes sometimes it's very difficult to explain these experiences. This looks like more of a distress. Has there been some incidence lately that has trigger disturbances in thoughts. This might be related to discomfort intolerance in change around you.
Next Steps
Observe when you say "I can't stand this" statements and change them to it's difficult but I can stand them.
