Constant Stomach Pain, Restlessness.

Since last 2 - 3 days. Stomach Become So hard after Eat the food.. nd At Night, I Can't Sleep bcz of Restlessness also Sometimes Chest - Pain..nd Also after Laterin There is Everything Normal for some time.... There is feel panic....nd I can't understand what's Happening????
