I have been experiencing gas issue in my stomach from almost 20-25days but i have been ignoring it. but from last 7 days its has been severed & i am having burning feeling around the liver area. i can feel the gas almost all the time in my stomach.i have been eating khichadi & dhai too but the issue seems persisitent

Plenty of Salads and Fruits in Diet.
Avoid oily and fried food.
Eat Small frequent meals.
Avoid Chillies, Spices, Cauliflower, Beans, Peppers, tea , coffee .
Avoid alcohol and smoking.
Avoid Carbonated drinks , juices .
Don't lie down immediately after meals .At least for 30 minutes
