Constant stiffness in left side knee
Hi, I am 25 years old. I have been having stiffness in my left knee since three months. I also got tested for calcium deficiency and found 25 units instead of minimum 50 units. I started taking triple A cal fd for a month. But still no improvement in stiffness. These days my eyes also seems week. Please help me out for above issue

Stiffness in knee could be due to injury or inflammation. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid. Use Crepe bandage or knee cap for a few days. Start knee exercises. If pain still persists then consult an Orthopaedic surgeon.
