Stiff left Knee
Hi, I am facing stiffness in my only left knee. I feel more when I sits for more time mainly with folded legs. When ever i stand after sitting for 5-10 min, i feel as if my left knee is jamed with little pain. but in right knee i feel free with no pain. Also I experience pain in calf muscle sometimes, not too acute but mild. I am doing regular exercise, it has reduced a bit but not so satisfactory.

Do you have any issue in squatting? Are you a vegetarian? Any other comorbidites? Any back pain? Any cracking sound in knee? It is imperative to know the answers to guide you further. As of now, it appears like a pain of osteoarthritis. If it is in early stage, basic medications and exercises could help. You could see the exercises on www.doctoratdoorstep.in
