Been having pain at the back of the neck area and below the back of the head. And don't know if it posture problem or spondylitis what is to be done consult. A ortho or physiotherapist kindly suggest

Its because of the prolonged neck bending/sitting /travelling /computer work /table work /studies. Cervical muscles become weak due to overuse and creates pain.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening as well as stretching exercises will be helpful for sure.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting /travelling /driving /neck bending +no weight lifting +no manual exertions +no cold exposure +correct posture (sit tall).
