Constant pain in shoulder & left hand.

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I have constant pain from left shoulder joint to full hand and pain in neck also since 3-4 days. Because of that I feel numbness in left hand fingers.

Is your shoulder movements is fully active or some restriction or painful movements. If does it seems to be shoulder problem. For pain take some pain killers if only severe episode. And go for physio excersie.
