Constant pain in right side of lowerback
Constant pain in right side of lower back and right side of upper thigh. When ever I sit or sleep pain is more but when I am walking pain is less. it has been almost more than two weeks.

• Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
