Constant pain in my left knee
I hurt my knee two days ago when I fell from stairs. In the beginning I didn't feel much pain but after a day it started swelling up and now it has turned bluish.

There must be injury to bone or ligaments induce the joint that caused haemarthrosis ( bluish colouration)
Next Steps
Crepe bandage application, apply ice and rest, pain killers. Get a x-ray to confirm the problem.
