I have been having constant pain in my knees and I am not even able to fold them for 2 minutes. I think that it is a serious issue as it is going on from a month

U may have early signs of osteoarthritis ,u need to strengthen muscles around knee joint, that will help u definitely, and u can do hot formantation, and if doesn't work than u need to check with physio or orthopaedic for further investigation and assessment
