Constant pain in back with obesity

My mom has serious back pain with smelling habits of phenyle and lysol. She is also habituated in tiranga.
My mom is 47 yrs old weight 68 kgs. Her diet is normal vegetables and sometimes meat at occasion. I am observing my mom suffering from above stated for last few months or so. She is usually love to eat chirra in spare time .
