Constant pain in back neck and shoulders
Pain triggers from just starting point of spinal chord and spreads to hands and shoulders and sometimes becomes unbearable. Facing dis since last 10 yrs or more. Tests always show normal report.

Hello there,,,
There could be various reasons for neck and radiating pain to the upper limb along with shoulder pain.
However just to be specific could you tell me if you have done any of these....
1) have you taken xrays of your cervical spine in lat/AP position?
2)blood test for calcium,vit D,B12
3)Your height and weight
4)do you work? How do you commute to your work?
5)did u face any similar problem before?
6)what medications are you on right now?
Get back with answer to the above questions for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
