I have been having pain in back constantly since last two week ,not able to walk ,having knee pain also but since this waist pain has started not able to walk.

As your pain has not improved in the last few weeks, I would advice you to see a Spinal Surgeon for assessment and investigations as appropriate.
If the pain is getting better with simple painkillers you can wait and watch.
