Constant pain at lower back
I have constant pain at my lower back from last 3-4 weeks. I had even tried massaging there but nothing seemed helpful.

Hi, if your work involves sitting for longer time and your day doesn't involve any physical activity you might want to start core strengthening and flexibility exercises with ergonomic changes

Lumber spine rotation, flexibility exercises, extension and flexion exercises can be done
Next Steps
Avoid jerky movements and bad posture,, like long sitting, trevlling, driving etc
