Constant nausea.
Feeling the need to vomit constantly but unable to. Unable to eat properly. Eat very less so taht no problem happens. But still this nausea remains.

Need to start on antacids and prokinetics, of nausea improves then fine otherwise u may need to be evaluated for the caise of nausea. Usually it's dyspepsia or side-effects of some medicine or infection.
