Constant lower abdomen pain , back pain

Asked for Female, 26 Years

It all started with increased urine frequency which is now normal after taking cefexime for 14 days ...i got tested for urine routine in which there were 5-7 pus cells ..but the culture came back negative ...after that i started getting lower abdomen and severe back pain which is getting worse now and awakens me from sleep and sometimes my pain radiates to both the legs..the doc gave me 5 day course of azithro 500mg..urine showed 18-20 pus cells ..culture again was negative,chlamydia test -ve

I think u should do an ultrasound KUB and pelvis to rule out persistent infection , ny stone..
