Constant headache, body weakness,fatigue

Asked for Male, 22 Years

The headache is on and off and has persisted 2 weeks even after taking paracetamol and my urine is yellowish and smelly. Not feverish, body pains and get exhausted easy especially climbing stairs and i have been yawning and sleeping alot
