Hello, I understand your concern. It is important to modify your lifestyle and bring about the changes required. Also, it is important to analyze the foods that may trigger the symptoms and eliminate them. I suggest you connect with us through a personalized diet session as it takes into detail your routine, lifestyle, medical condition if any, medication, eating habits, sleep, stress, physical activity, height, weight, etc. This helps in indentifying  the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. Following guidelines can be of help - 1. Eat your food slowly and chew it well 2. Don't eat close to bedtime 3. Try to walk for 15-20 minutes after eating meals and sit upright 4. Avoid deep fried foods, or foods high in fat 5. Coffee, tea, carbonated beverages can trigger the symptoms try to avoid them 6. Choose whole grains and high fiber foods to promote healthy bowel function 7. Maintain a food dairy to note down the foods that may trigger the symptoms 8. Stay well hydrated 9.
