Hello there. I can understand your concern. .you can give him syp. Dolopar-M 5ml twice a day after food for 3 days. Give him soft diet . If it still persists, get it checked out by a pediatrician in person for further evaluation and management. He will be able to help you further. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
