My daughter had got fever suddenly at night and vomited once. In the morning we had given her some fresh fruits to eat after that she vomited again. Our family doctor had recommended dom dt5 and Gudcef 50 syrup.

Keep ur babies hydration well.u can continue antiemetic as prescribed by ur family doc
