I have my girl child but giving paracetamol and antibiotic by doctor for five days does not affect constantly and few fever remain in body

Firstly you must confirm fever by consulting paediatrician. If the fever is confirmed and for a week or more, get investigations prescribed by Paediatrician instead of treating with antibiotics
