Constant fear and negative thoughts
I always have fear, negative feeling in my mind. Its like something is going to be wrong like while driving I will met accident. I don't feel comfortable to talk to new people easily, so trying to avoid it. Keep thinking of wrong things happened in the past and thinking it will gonna happen again. Takes too much time while making any decision. Thinks a lot before doing any work like how to do it, what would be the impact, will it go wrong etc. Kindly suggest what could be the problem with me and how to solve it. Thanks.
