Constant dull headache with blackouts
I have been experiencing constant dull headache on top of my head(center of the head),since more than 20 days. Was unbearable for 4 days then came down to dull band link pain. When I bend down to pick up things and come back to erect position, I feel dizzy and blackout for a second. I took combiflam for 4 days and after that no medication.please suggest.
