9 years ago i fell directly on my pelvis & coccyx region & i didnt have pain back then but 3 years ago i started feeling pain in the same area and it spreads to my legs, sometimes it feels like i cant feel my lower back because of pain,everytime i go to a dr. He tells me its only muscle strain but im still in pain everyday with no sight of recovery

Pain going to legs & feeling of numbness is not a good sign. You need to get investigated. To start get xray of LS spine done and consult an orthopaedician.
