I have back pain , only on my right side and it occurs at often it especially occurs when i woke up in the morning from my bed

Back pain in morning after waking up, if associated with stiffness ay your age could be for very innocuous cause or a serious thing, do consult ur doctor and get examined and investigated, before you are treated.
