Hi.
Babies on breast feed at this age, pass stool once in 6-8 days. This is normal and not constipation.

Feed 2 hrly . If baby is active and feeding well, nothing to worry

Hi it’s normal for breast fed babies to pass stools every 3-5days even up to a week later.
If baby has no stomach distention,irritability or vomiting nothing to worry
Just give frequent breast feeds every 3-4hours once
U can take about 2-3litre of water /day
