Conjunctivitis
I have white lymph at the edge of iris on one of the eyes and red eyes. I consulted a doctor and he told it's viral conjunctivitis. I used carboxymethylcellulose eye drops and Moxifloxacim with Dexamethasone phosphate eye drops. I used them for 5 and stopped as my eye got better. It's been 1 month but still that white lymph is present around at the edge of iris. Even though redness is reduced, I still feel discomfort in the eye. What should I do now?

Looks like you had an inflammed Pinguecula ,for which you had taken antibiotics with steroids. Now if there is no redness avoid using steroids , just continue lubricants.
Please post pic to get better idea

1.Use CMC 0.5 % 4 times/day for 2-4 weeks
2. Consult ophthalmologist in case it's bothering very much

It would be better if u share the photos of the eye .. donot use antibiotic steroid eye drops on your own .. continue lubricants as of now

By what I understood from your question
Sometimes viral conjunctivitis can induce some whitish opacities in the black part of your eye( cornea) ..they can persist longer after resolution of conjunctivitis .
Preexisting whitish membranes (pterygium) at the edge of cornea can get inflamed and present with red eye,

As of now I feel that what you are talking lymph at edge of iris, is most probably a pingecula. And you perhaps had inflammation in it .
If it is really a pingecula it will not disappear with any treatment.
