It's 4am and I still can't sleep. I think I screwed up my sleep schedule. Would it be best to just stay awake and busy until tomorrow night so my body will naturally fall asleep? Or should I lay in bed and try to fall asleep? I have work in the morning so I'd only be getting like 4 hours if I were to fall asleep at this exact moment. What should I do?
