It's not necessary to wait till 13 wks. You can eat two eggs daily which will provide 14 gms of protein out of your daily requirement. Kiwi is Vit C rich , one is enough for a day. I advocate our local vit C rich fruits, which can save some money. You can join on video for further dietary advice for your health and fetal healthy growth which can prevent your child to suffer from DM,  CAD in he is an adult.
