Conception and IUI
Hi dr,We have been married since 3.5 years and trying for a baby. Before 2 yrs i had a miscarriage at 6 weeks as heartbeat dropped. From last year april we had been trying continuously. My husband semen analyziz is pretty good and my amh is 3.79 and all other reports are normal and tubes also patent . We tried multiple cycles taking letrozole along with follicular scans where egg is forming and rupturing also , taken injections for rupturing egg as well. Still no conception and not knowing the reason. Now my gynaec suggested iui this cycle. Already taken letrozole from 2-6 day of period and suggested follisurge 75 IUon 5th, 7th 9th day and follicular scan on 11th day Please suggest me if i am going on right direction and any tips/suggestions to follow before iui and what is successfull rates in my case as all are normal

Yes you are taking right treatment. Before iui make sure your tubes are patent

what about hsg test ..ur tubes are patent??
