Conceiving
I want to conceive but as shown in my Report of TVS that there is a small well defined echogenic lesion measuring 6 x 2.8mm with no surrounding fluid seen in the upper endometrial cavity. Lesion also shown minimal flow within it - small endometrial polyp... What should I do. Do I need treatment of it first. Can I conceive with that polyp

It’s a polyp in the cavity. It would be better if you could also share the scan picture. But it’s better to get it removed.
