Pls use refresh tears eye drops (4-5 times per day for a week ) Drink plenty of water (4-5 liters per day) Give a break in each 30 mins Do pencil push up eye exercises (Google up it)

Use rule 20-20-20, after 20 mins take a break and look away for 20 seconds to a distance of  20 feet. Stay hydrated Sleep for 8 hours

While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. consult sos

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day.pl take green leafy vegetables. Blink frequently. Pl take adequate water.Have good sleep. Yoga and Meditation also will help.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
