Compulsive Tremors
I have hand mild hand tremors when i am in anxiety or when i am nervous. I have army medicals in a few days in which it'll be checked. I know in that moment i'll be scared and my hands will tremor even though usually they are more or less steady. Some friends who had similar problems suggested me to take Inderal 20mg 1 hour prior to the testing. What should I do?

Having tremors when nervous may be suggestive of anxiety disorder. Inderal 20 mg will solve your problem momentarily. You need to be on a drug which will sort the problem in the long run. Please visit a psychiatrist and get yourself assessed.
