Complex ovarian cyst
My wife (30yrs)have a complex ovarian cyst (anechoic cyst wit internal septation. Last dec when we found it was 6.6 cm and ca125 cea ldh were normal now its 4.2cm ,we have nt taken medication and she s having irregular period & breastfeeding mother . What we should do now abot this cyst .we can wait or proceeding any treatment

It should be followed by 4-6 monthly ultrasound. If size is reducing then surgery is not required. Medicines cannot treat cysts

As it is decreasing  in size,you can wait. But follow  it up regularly  under under your  Gynaecologist's advice.

No need to do anything as it is decreasing in size so just do follow up usg after a month
