Your WBC count is normal. Hb is low, MCV is high : most likely iron deficiency anemia. Eat iron rich food in diet: dates(khajoor), green leafy vegetables, almonds , pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds (til) Iron tablets (orofer) once a day for 6 months. ( watch out for: altered taste and dark colour stool - side effect of tablets)

You are having anemia. If you are non vegetarian red meat would help, otherwise take iron tablet or syrup. How about your menstrual bleeding amount? Is  that heavy?

It's normal. You can take iron supplements and some vitamins if weakness is there.
