Common cold ?
I had a fever two days ago ... Last temperature i checked yesterday was 100.4 . After taking Pacimol 650 . Again i checked it yesterday night and the fever dropped down to 97.5 and till now it's same . I have no fever now . But I'm having dry cough . And within this two days . All of my family members caught cold but no fever only dry cough and running nose and sneezing . Is this due to season change or any other cause?
