  4. Common cold. U pls suggest any medicine?

Hey Sir/Mam, I am suffering from common cold since last 4 days my sympotoms are - Cold ,nose block,dry cough,little bit pain in chest during coughing can u pls suggest any medicine? I will be highly thankful to you. I am not allergic to any kind of medicine.
