Sore throat, tonsil pain, running nose and sneezing. Hot water relieves the throat for some time. Please recommend some medicines..

Your symptoms are suggestive of a upper respiratory infection. Take a course of antibiotics and analgesics along with antihistamines. Warm salt water gargling will be helpful to reduce your symptoms
