Hello, I understand your concern regarding your daughter's vomiting and persistent acidity after eating out. While the vomiting has stopped, the continued acidity needs proper attention, especially in a 13-year-old. **Key Recommendations:** 1. **Immediate Care:**    - Encourage small sips of cold milk or coconut water to soothe acidity    - Avoid spicy/oily foods and carbonated drinks for few days    - Keep her upright for 2 hours after meals 2. **Medication Caution:**    - Proton pump inhibitors like Sompraz-D 40mg should only be given after proper medical evaluation    - Self-medication in children can sometimes mask underlying issues 3. **When to Worry:**    - If acidity persists beyond 24 hours    - If there's blood in vomit/stool    - If she develops fever or severe abdominal pain For a proper evaluation and child-friendly treatment plan, I recommend a consultation. You can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for personalized guidance.

For vomiting and gastritis, follow a home diet of bland, easily digestible foods like bananas, rice, applesauce, toast (BRAT diet), ginger tea, coconut water, yogurt, and clear soups, avoiding spicy, fatty, and acidic foods.
