Your Gastritis issue needs proper treatment. Irregular antacids does not let the Inflammation heal. The frequent motions may be because of stress, ibs like symptoms. It needs diet and lifestyle modifications. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc. Plant based diet can decrease these SYMPTOMS. For hypersensitivity is common. Discuss in detail for further evaluation.
