Do i need for cheemo.
Pt3n0mx stage of colon cancer, had a surgery to remove part of colon, 18 lymphnodes removed and all are free of tumet, no high risk factor found in biopsy report like PLI and LVI are not seen.
MMR report says- MLH-1 POSITIVE no loss observed, MSH2 Positive no loss observed, MSH6 Focal weak positivity, PMS2 positive no loss observed
