Colinergic Urticaria / Chronic Urticaria

Is histoglob injection a successful treatment in colinergic Urcitaria if oral medications are not working? I have tried Allergra 180, Montu-L, Metni 16, Loravil..none of them are working and I have been prescribed by a dermatologist to go with histoglob injection because of the condition I am having. Itching problem that makes me feel crazy. When my body gets heat or I feel little bit of heat my body starts itching like many pins a piercing. Also when I laugh or get excited I get this itching. When I do any exercise or go for cycling I get this same itching. When I wear jacket I get this problem. Overall when I feel a bit to heat inside my body I get this problem. When I am sleeping with blanket I have this problem. I don’t know what to do. I am very sick and tired of this problem. So I would like to know if the injection is gonna work and I should start this weekly doses ? Or I should try Xolair shots. Please recommend
