Colicky pain in left upper quadrant and some time in between umblicus and flank region. The pain is on and off since 1 month come for 4-5 times a day for 2-3 minutes.I took complete dose of deworming medicine.
It relaxes after passing stool. My bowel movement also increases these days, sometime hard stool came and some time normal.
My USG and blood reports are normal.
Dr prescribed me SPURGE tablet and CYRA tablet.
But pain was mild so I didn't take SPURGE.
I completed the dose of CYRA for 5 days. Then my pain relieved for 10 days.
Again yesterday mild colicky pain started again.

Based on your description â colicky pain relieved by passing stool, altered bowel habits alternating between hard and normal stools, recurring over 1 month with normal USG and blood reports â this pattern is very typical of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), specifically the mixed type. IBS is a functional condition of the gut and is not dangerous, but it can be quite bothersome and tends to recur. The antispasmodic tablet your doctor prescribed (SPURGE) was appropriate for this â you should consider taking it as directed during painful episodes rather than skipping it. Dietary changes help a lot: eat regular meals, increase fiber intake, reduce spicy/oily food, limit caffeine, and manage stress, as IBS is strongly linked to stress and anxiety.
Next Steps
If pain keeps recurring or worsens, see a gastroenterologist for a confirmed IBS diagnosis and a proper management plan. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

3. Get a abdominal CT scan if the pain hasn’t subsided sometimes it could be a calculus missed in usg
